Hello ProBot Support Team,
I need help regarding a scam that happened using ProBot credit transfers.
I was trying to buy Discord Nitro using credits.
The seller asked me to transfer credits to his account through ProBot.
I had around 100,000,000 credits saved for almost a month.
After the transfer, I noticed I lost around 92,500,000 credits, and the seller immediately kicked/banned me from his Discord server, so I can’t access the ticket chat anymore.
Unfortunately, the agreement was inside his server ticket and I got removed after he received the credits, but I still have full proof of the transfers from the official ProBot website (amounts, receiver, date/time).
I believe he manipulated the amounts by adding extra zeros and tricking me into transferring a much bigger amount than agreed.
I’m requesting:
Investigation of the receiver account (the one that received the credits).
If possible, freezing/reversing the credits if they are still available.
At minimum, action against the scammer to prevent him from scamming more users.
I can provide all transfer screenshots and the receiver information.

I noticed that I’m unable to edit embedded messages that were sent about two years ago. The edit option doesn’t seem to work for those older embeds, even though newer embed messages can be edited normally.

Is this a known limitation due to Discord API restrictions or ProBot’s system design? Is there any workaround that would allow editing very old embed messages, or is re-sending a new embed the only solution?

-When it does announce, both the Welcome/Goodbye module and the Logs show it correctly.

The issue is with your card, not ProBot. Unfortunately, we only accept payments via credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay, Cash App Pay, Bank, American Express) and PayPal

I have administrator role on my discord server, I visit probot invite, authenticate and select my server from the list. I leave the permissions as default and it appears in my integrations/roles, all good. But the redirect page after the invite either says 404 or something went wrong and when I open an incognito and visit the dashboard, there are no servers displayed.
Is this something simple that I am being dim and missing?
I am not the server owner, is that what it is?

I’m afraid it’s probably not a huge amount of help but they are

Steps I took;

1. Visit https://probot.io/invite
2. Select my server from the list an click Continue
3. I left permissions as is and clicked Authorise
4. It redirects to the “An error occurred on client” page. If I refresh, it changes to a 404 Image
5. Probot appears in the Integration list and roles on my server though
6. When I visit https://probot.io/dashboard# I see the third ss with no servers on the left, but no error
