Hi, does anyone know how to setup probot's mute command to allow/send members who are mute to see a specified channel and be able to talk there(like a muted channel that only muted people can see and text there to converse with admins/mods as to why they were muted)

I'm not a supporter but id like to say. If someone gets muted they get the muted role. And i created a Chanel whit the muted role, soo when someone gets the role they could talk in that chanel. But i didn't test it yet

Setting this up isn't actually a ProBot setting, it’s done through Discord Channel Permissions. Since ProBot simply gives the user a "Muted" role, you just need to create a room where that role has special permissions.

Like create a new private channel (e.g., #mute-appeals)

Go to the channel settings Permissions, for @everyone turn View Channel to OFF

Add the Muted role to the permissions list set View Channel to ON and Send Messages to ON

Add your Moderator/Admin roles and set View Channel and Send Messages to ON.
