We have implemented a backup from two months ago, but unfortunately, due to problems with the database file, some servers did not receive the backup levels. The problem affects a large number of servers, and restoring the levels to their pre-fault state is quite difficult and time-consuming, so we are only restoring the levels to those servers that personally request it. We are able to restore the levels from before the malfunction by creating a special dedicated script for each server individually. The script uses the saved reward ranks for the levels to restore the previously earned levels.
We apologize for the confusion and problems; this is due to the large number of user reports and other issues we have encountered.

The main level file was corrupted along with the backup, which prevented our system from reading it. At this point, we have managed to load the backup, but as I said, unfortunately not every server has received its levels in full.
Yes, these are the ranks assigned for reaching a specific level. At this point, all servers to which we have restored levels had such ranks saved. If such data is missing, we will try to solve this in another way.

I had my server nuked by a different bot last week so I didn’t even notice that Probot got raided until I was experiencing issues using the site and came here to ask for help. After reading the support section and the blatant lack of assistance from the mod/dev team and the clear lack of ability to take ownership for this by at the very least posting an announcement to update your users, new and old (I’ve used Probot for 5 years bro), I’m extremely disappointed by how this situation is being handled and am debating looking into other more reliable bots with a dev team that cares more…. But that’s just my personal feelings on this as a long time user of the bot 🤷🏻‍♀️

Pretty simple.
Route which returns edited messages returns 0 results now.
I'm assuming some records in db which linked embed and real messages are gone. So i need developer restored it again.
Real messages still exists on my server. so i can provide message id, server id,etc. I don't know exactly how site works under the hood but i assume it is enough to restore broken records. if it is the reason why i have empty list.
It is related to any embed on server by the way.
Another way is some dev can debug or check what other reason can be behind this issue
