Resolved: Our team have been able to resolve the issue, and bots are back up online along with levels. We are updating the levels data and they will be back as it is.

I wouldnt restore manually until they announce they cannot restore to the previous state. Ours have reset multiple times while they work to resolve. Hopefully they can find some time to properly update where server owners would expect to find said updates.

hello there. i dont have time to go into detail or test the features again, but about 2 months ago i was trying to help a moderator use ProBot and i came across the following issues:

• "Discord Invites" doesnt allow whitelist
• "Links" whitelist is broken
• "Disabled Roles" is broken
• "Bad words" partial matching is broken

Only solution is to use Discord > AutoMod after using ProBot website

since I dont have time, in short some of the CPanel settings never worked as intended. could be partially user fault but im also a developer myself and feel like I had a good grasp on what the features were meant to do
