maybe you don't understand the issue, let me explain it again. if a user accepts the rules straight away they are given a role by probots auto-role, but if the user waits a few days or more before accepting the rules, they don't receive the auto-role once they do and they need to be manually added. this has previously been brought to the developers attention and i was told they were working on it. now over a year later im asking if theres any update because the issue is still happening.

Currently developers are updating more important things first such as twitch module, which has been not working for more than a year, and there are others features waiting to be fixed/updated…

The bot does not give roles because you set both required levels - text AND voice. By which users have to achieve both levels at the same time to get the reward role. If you want the role to be awarded if the user reaches one of these levels - text OR voice, then add the same award role twice, once with only the required text level and once with only the voice level

You can disable use application commands permissions for these members in your roles settings. You can also disable ProBot commands for specific roles in your server settings > integrations > ProBot or on the dashboard in each command setting

After setting xp by command you still have to gain some xp by being active on text channels. The bot is designed in such way that only getting text xp active u a award role
