Ive noticed the bot is no longer working in one of my servers. I went to the probot.io portal and tried going to the dashboard for that server and it says This server requires setup (I already did this when I first installed ProBot on the server and configured it. So, when I click through to continue the setup, login to my account, and authenticate the bot I am just redirected back to the beginning that says This server requires setup. I just keep getting looped through that. Is there anything I can do besides kicking and reinviting the bot? I don't want to have to reconfigure everything I've set up.

For anyone else who's slash commands or functions or modules like /help and /top and such just randomly stopped working and searched this server to no avail, hopefully this is enough keywords for you to find my post.

Go into your server permissions, go to the role that's supposed to be able to use the commands, and scroll almost all the way to the very bottom and make sure "Use Application Commands" is enabled.

The permission is new and is probably being rolled out to servers in batches, so I'm sure more people will come forth with this issue. Maybe this way they'll actually get the help they need.

due to the large amount of server, shards and cluster, the fix for the on going issue will take some time to be distributed to all servers. although we have no clear estimated time when will the bot in your server be back online due to our host/server may sometime get overloaded with commands and input. we will have to leave it for another week from the date the status message got updated (~4 days) before investigate further

See, with this it doesn't make sense to me that the status is already on resolved. The issue is actively being resolved, yes, but it's not finished yet. Besides that, we will have to leave it for another week is a significant amount of time, to the point that that definitely should be mentioned in the status as well, if you were to ask me. These things are important for us as users to know, so we can work on temporary fixes for the problems we ourselves are having.
Then again, I'm now very glad to know what's happening, and that this is the full current status. (Again, would have been a tad nicer to see this in the status updates) I really hope that things will start to move smoother behind the scenes for you lot, cuz I can imagine this being stressfull for you as well. Please, if possible, keep giving updates like this from time to time, (every 2-3 days is what I recommend), so we can actually stay up to date with the status, because that's the most important thing for me, and I think for a lot of other people besides me as well.

It says resolved because it is actually resolved. It can take some time to get ProBot online on your server, because of rate limits. The bot is online on most of the servers already

I use ProBot for our company so its pretty important to get it back up. Im willing to buy premium but I never got a definitive answer on whether it would work or not and if it does work will I need to reconfigure the bot entirely or will all my settings be intact.

My probot has just completely stopped working as well, and it appears as offline in my server. When I go to dashboard it now says I have to set it up for discord again. Tried to just reauthorize but it still didn't work :P

From what I have been looking at in the last couple weeks:

• Developers are trying to fix the issue even though seemingly slow.
• The bot works in SOME servers but not all of them
• T1 (PAID) supposedly works, because well it is a paid version
• The "Server requires setup" tab just means that it isnt working, no matter what.

we know it, you post it here like gazillion of times. we did get in touch with our team, as well as developers, but the communications are not the best at any points
and if you just try to read the whole thing, you may know that it is not totally resolved for all of the available servers
also avoid mentioning other staff roles/individuals because they/we are not here for you all the time, or are not obligated to be here for you, nor can they even communicate in english to begin with

Yes the bot is "unstable" at the moment so it will come online and go offline occasionally. Also some servers it is offline, while other servers it is online. This seems to be an issue with "Discord Rate Limits" that the bot has.

The staff are trying really hard to narrow down the possibilities and find the root cause of the issue, may take a long time due to how complex the bot is.

we are currently having a critical issue with subscribing to premium tier 2. any attempt to purchase premium tier 2 will result in users not getting their subscripiton while still getting charged. we have contacted developers to at least do something but there has been no move
