Probot site blocks you pretty easely, best thing you can do is wait a bit and try again If that doesn't work, then try a different browser.

Why would anyone pay for a service that is down for weeks, gives minimal updates, and basically ignores it's userbase? The point of a freemium service is to make the service enticing for people to update to the paid version, not leave users ignored and down till they pay. This does not encourage anyone to upgrade. What it does though is tell users that this is not the bot for them as this is the level of service and SLA you can expect for issues. I get that outages happen, hacks happen, and things break. I fully understand that, but contact with your users is key in keeping them calm, informed, and engaged with your product.

Reading the documentation rate limiting should not be an issue for large bots if the application is built correctly to use other methods compatible with large bot sharding

Waiting for the cooldown is a bit of a poor solution lol
