At this point, all of our bots (free version, premium bots) use pretty same sharding system, and it is still working for premium bots. Of course, the public bot is much larger and demanding to host because it supports a much larger number of servers and users. Perhaps that's where the issue came from, that too many hosted servers and the public bot couldn't handle it and the premium bot works because it supports fewer servers. Anyways, we’re still working to bring the public bot online and make it stable as it was before
