However, it's required some serious hand-holding to get the Tier 1 bot to work (as in like changing channel names, inviting multiple times, he had to remove the bot) so like.. there's clearly something not quite smooth about "just purchasing a Tier 1 bot" to solve all the problems.

Hello! For the 3rd day, I've been having a problem where the probot doesn't send a welcome message, but if I remove the image and only the text remains, it sends the message. The question is, is this a problem that exists for others as well, and if so, when is it expected to be fixed?

This is a problem that many people are experiencing. They are experiencing some API issues that affect images and image-related commands. (#status message) For now, I suggest you remove the image if you want to have the welcome message, and then check back later in #status to know when you can re-implement the image and still have your welcoming module operate correctly. I am not a support member, but based on past experience and what I've seen, this is the advice I would give. For future reference, make sure to ping @Support [English] along with your question(s).

This happened not that long ago as well, there seems to be a reoccurring coding issue that needs to be revamped for a more perm fix. But yes you are correct, just turn off the image part of the welcome message and the message will work without it.

What you might not know is that currently some shards are off and we've yet to get any comms or an ETA when they'll be back online. Thia causes the bot to be offline in some servers and thus not show the dashboard.

Yo, so my probot ain't working. On my server, it shows up as offline, but in other servers, it's online. Sometimes it turns green but doesn't respond to commands or just shows as "online." Can anyone tell me why or if there's a way to fix it?

There’s an issue with the image in the greeting message. For now you have to use your welcome message without an image

You have enabled some anti link automod rule on ProBot. Kicking bot won’t help because our automod is handled by Discord build-in feature, so even after kicking the bot the automod rule is still here. Go to your server settings > safety setup > automod and turn off or delete the rule created by ProBot
