if yes, it could be because the bot has lost permission to see the channel, or other issue regarding permissions (not enough permission, role position or similar)
if it is offline, it's a known issue

you can just change the nickname of the bot in your server. else, having a separate profile of the bot costs more to maintain than having just a single one sharding up for multiple servers

guys it's not like the issue will get resolved any sooner the more you repeat it every 2 minutes 😓
we have already acknowledge of the issue, the previous time was already been resolved and it has come back once again without us knowing beforehand. developers have already been notified about it and it will get fixed soon, though we still have some more critical problems affecting directly to our stability that need to be resolved as well

also I can not post any status update, though the managers do know about it and just think it will get fixed quickly for a status update

Don't get me wrong, I 100% understand users refusing to read channels where something has been bluntly stated

I have a channel in my server with a single post in it just for people to read because no one checks the pins in any other channel

But ever since I made that standalone channel with that single announcement, the amount of people who come in and report an issue that's already solved has gone down drastically
