a user was banned in january this year, i checked our logging channel (we used to use loggerbot before they shut down), and it shows that probot was used to ban the user in question.

however, i never set probot up to log unbans and bans, but, even the audit log is showing nothing for a user unbanned, and the probot dashboard "mod actions" section is only showing 3 bans, from last year (04/04/2023 8:49 AM - and 8:47am, 8:36am - same date.)

just a little confused, we are aware that probot bans are time limited unless a time is given. but why can't i find any action, anywhere stating an unban? i'd have hoped it'd be in audit log at least but nothing is showing.

and yes, i've now set up the banned/unbanned to go to the logging channel for future happenings. just can't find any record, in audit log or on dashboard about an unban, i mean, if the time ended on the ban, would that not go to audit log since technically "member unbanned"?

I was looking online to see if I could turn that logging off for higher staff commands but was unable to find anything. These chats are restricted to staff members of higher rank, but if a message is deleted/edited, those of lower rank can read them.

You can use /mute text to give a user a mute role, which should prevent them from sending messages
But check also if the user can have writing permission via another role... this isn't wokring then!
You can also /mute voice a user, this isn't managed via a role but with the discord integrated voice muting

Hello, I recently set up ProBot and cannot add an autorole. It's says the role is higher but the role is a cosmetic role, it has no permissions to anything. Hello, I had a small question. I made a server for my friends, added probot to it and set up the level up rewards as show in the image.
Problem: Probot is granting exp, leveling people up and displaying the message, but not assigning them roles.

Here are the things I've done:

• Probot is already the highest role in the server, above everything else
• Probot has admin permissions enabled
• The excluded channels are not a problem because I have a general chat which isn't exlcuded and that's where the exp counts.
• Probot has all the permissions in every channel

Im a noob so do let me know if you need more info out of me.
