However, the role upgrade at each vocal level is not activated (Example: a person goes to level 26, the bot doesn't activate the role). So the problem is in your server permissions. Go to the server settings integrations ProBot /rank and make sure that the Verified Member role has overwrite to be enabled or or leave the overrides completely empty
Also check your channel permission settings, the Use Application Commands permission should be enabled for your role
