Yes. Using the /rank command shows that one of our members is at rank 8 10 (at this time); however, does not have the role that was supposed to be gained at rank 5. I have not changed anything on the dashboard. I have tried manually increasing and decreasing the levels to see if it would apply, but did not work. I double checked my dashboard and everything seems good.

Edit: Seems that she was able to gain the level 10 role without trouble.

The background image link might be the reason, since you are using Discord attachment link. A while ago Discord made a change that their attachment links are no more permanent and they are just expire after some time. I suggest you to host your image on some image hosting websites like imgBB and change your actual link to the link from image hosting

How old are the messages you are trying to delete? Because bots have a limit imposed by Discord which does not allow to delete messages older then 14 days

Well, I'm here with the same problem as uzzi. OperaGX, Chrome, Edge and Firefox used with same result. "Server requires setup". Reinviting the bot, messing with permissions, and trying messing around with my profile on the probot website turn up nothing.
