The probot dashboard wont load even if i update the browser( opera ), delete the chache of the browser, and reset my connection with the router or restart the router, i also tryed to connect to it on mobil data, still notning, i got timed out every time with the 504 http error.

It isn't any different whether you have premium or not, we have T2 and if there are issues on the free bots the same thing applies for premium bots.

Most common issues are related to the dashboard itself, eg. it's stuck and load-looping, embed messages are inaccessible or the whole dashboard is down.

I was trying to set up the logging feature in one of my servers, then the page refreshed on its own. Since then, it's been stuck on this loading screen.

A server I'm in is having an issue where a user we banned due to their account being compromised but is still showing up on the xp leaderboards. We cant get them off it as they cant access that account to leave or allow us to ban it from the leaderboard. Is there anything we can do to get rid of it?
