Move the ProBot✨ role higher in your server role list. Other roles you gave it will return in the same error if the system role is still at lower position

You may setup aliases, but the aliases should not contain original commands' names. You can still use the default command names with prefix with premium tier 2 subscriptions since they're not verified bots to have the slash only enforement

depends on how you configured it
If you add 2 requirements (voice & text) to same reward-role, user will have to reach both levels to get a role
You can also make it so that the role is assigned regardless of which level is reached - simply add the same reward-role twice and for first set up required text level and for second one set required voice

I have ProBot on 2 servers where I'm an admin, and if I try to access the dashboard for either of them all I get is "This server requires setup." despite the bot already being in the server, prompting me to 'Continue to Discord', give it access to the server(s) (which it already has), which doesn't actually do anything 😄

How do I enable logs:

• head directly to the dashboard https://probot.io/dashboard
• log into your discord account, select your server through clicking its avatar on the left
• enter "Logs" module, enable the ones you wanna use in your server and select every channel where you want it to log onto right below every log name.

do note; to determine the user who banned/did whatever action you must have an prime/premium bot in your server.

you can simply click "Apply To All" thing under "update server" log in order to apply this log settings to all the rest logs including enable/disable and logging channel.

Go to the dashboard (https://probot.io/dashboard), then click the edit button next to the command to which you want to add an alias, next in the aliases box put phrase that you want to use instead of slash command, hit enter and save changes. Now whenever you or someone send an alias on the chat like regular message it will run bot's command.

Hello, try to re-create webhooks - first disable the logs module, then go to the server settings and head to the Integrations tab, click ProBot and scroll down a bit. You should see something called "Webhooks", delete them all. Now go back to the bot dashboard and re-enable the logs module, if it doesn't create new webhooks right away, try switching the channel for each webhook to a different one and change it back, or kick it and invite the bot back to your server. All settings will be saved, so don't worry if you have to invite the bot again

Hi, “ProBot ✨” itself should be the highest role, so if you use any “bots” role or something like that and this is your higher role it will not gonna work. If you move probot role at the top and it will not working, try to move it a little lower, save and drag it to the top again
