hi hi, for text, every 2-5 minutes(?) while sending messages will give you an amount of xp from 10 to 40 each time. Which mean after sending a message and gain xp, you will have a cooldown of about 2 minutes, regardless of how many message you sent, it will only count xp after that cooldown and continue
For voice, about every 2-5 minutes with the xp amount of 10. This is a fixed amount but may be changed while working since I just calculated this pretty long ago. You can just sitting in a voice channel, regardless your voice states, xp will still count after cooldown. But to get reward roles bound to the voice levels, you will need to gain some text xp to trigger bot to update level roles

What I have given is the approximate time not the minimum. The final time depends on how much xp the user will get each time and the intervals between xp allocations.
This is not something like random checking. This is an individual cooldown for each user that is starts counting after the message is sent and lasts from 2 minutes to 5 (for text). For voice it starts counting by joining the voice channel

Additionally, part of your message that triggered the automod was a your sample of link that can be detected by bot, which was actually an invite to another server, hence your message was blocked. Leveling System Configuration

1 - Go to the dashboard (https://probot.io/dashboard) and log in.
2 - Next, go to the Leveling System module and click on Add Role Reward
3 - Finally, configure it as desired by adding the required text and voice levels.

Keep in mind: You can add NO-XP-ROLES and NO-XP-CHANNELS to prevent that role and channel from gaining xp. Furthermore, if you have both text and voice set up, the user will need to reach both in order to receive the role reward role.

According to the issue you submitted, the user name is not displayed at all.

This can happen at times, and the user image/user may disappear if it is outside the box.

Anyway, I'll give you coordinates that will place the user image exactly in the center. Simply write them over each other in the coordinates section and let me know if that solves your problem;

How can you exclude channels from logs? the bot posts logs for edited messages even for channels that moderators shouldn't have access to (like owner or admin channels). Well for people to level up in your server they have to chat in it. If people are chatting in your server and it's not working and should have gotten level 5 when they got it. Then it's probably because you don't have a level 0 setup for when ppl join. Obviously anyone who joins is not gonna be granted level 5 immediately

you can head to the dashboard as i said ( https://probot.io/dashboard ) and on the automod section just make sure it's enabled and enable the "Spam" automod then open its settings and set it however you want it to be, it's not that hard just give it a try ^^

So we use the level system via probot. And a few of the people on the top ten list of text xp/levels have been banned (using probot), yet they're still on the top ten xp list. And It won't let me set their level to 0 because they aren't in the discord and their ID says invalid user/doesn't work because they aren't in the discord, they're banned.
How do I clear their xp?

Mee6 at least had a leaderboard you could look at and pick who's level you can reset. Probot doesn't have that and it should because mee6 sucks

i just cleared the cookies for the probot site. re-authorized, still infinitely loading the dashboard.

the /commands link i.e. works instantly, it just seems to be the /dashboard.
