my question is actually regarding javascript, i am a developer, and i think their is something wrong with the probot code, that it does not detect other bots when unrole or giverole is given, however, the Audit Log adds just the exact message, the output in the log sounds out only works for the code or maybe the slash commands, their is actually an error, even tested the some exact command with banned, and i did put the exact some reason code as the probot, it does detect the reason, the reason isn't detected by other bots in the log channels when it comes to that

I have encountered a recently occurring persistent issue with the logging system for ProBot.

Good evening, I have encountered a weird bug or error whenever I accessed my probot dashboard where it wouldn't show the graphs for the messages sent and joins/leaves but the counter for it would go up. For example the messages sent in 24H has been building up for a week with just over 1000+ messages sent in a weekly format instead of resetting when 24H has elapsed. I will note I usually have barely 100 messages sent a day so it is odd to see a 4 digit number there. Thanks!

I have noticed a lot of changes in Pro Bot since I last used it and now among auto roles it has the option to give a role to bots that are added to the server, but that feature doesnt seem to work despite proper setup and correct role hierarchy.

To add on to Ramy's case I have noticed strange things with Logging too now that I've set it up. Message deletion is partially logged, but new member arrival isn't logged at all and I think other data may also not be fully logged, which means that Ramy was actually telling the truth about Pro Not having an issue with the logging module.

What I meant was that I want to block specific links that lead to nsfw or malicious or unsafe websites. However everything else should be OK to post, except those few websites.

As for the Anti-raid, right now that is more needed then before because the scams and hacks increase, providing more danger that each and every server is exposed to if not protected properly and it is never a good practice to clog up a server with a bunch of different bots to cover all things when one not can do nearly everything.

Some things do get logged, but not all. For instance when multiple members join, Pro Bot logs only one of those members joining, but not the rest. Same happens when adding roles to users. One users role changes are logged, but not others.

having an issue with the leveling system, it seemed to work for lvl1-2 but for lvl3 hasn't assigned anyone the role and hasn't removed the previous roles. I have checked and ProBot is above all the roles in permission. I have turned off remove previous roles, saved and then turned it back on but still won't work. Any ideas?

was it voice or text level? if voice level, users will need to gain some text xp so the bot could update their roles

txt lvl, voice is all turned to 0, people do lvl up but they're just not getting assigned the roles

if that does not help, move the bot's system role down and up again to refresh its database and try again

Hello there <@&675070424748654593> , I have noticed multiple errors and/or issues in Pro Bot's functionality.

Firstly the logging feature isn't working correctly since it doesnt pick up a lot of the activities on the server.

Another issue is with Auto roles. Despite correct role hierarchy, pro bot is not assigning role automatically to bots although I set it up to give bots their respective roles.

Well since the support team responds in a slow matter, of course they wouldn't see how the five minutes matter. But the said time can be important to some people.

And it's always best to resolve issues as soon as possible...especially for active servers and if they're important features like logging, auto mod or auto roles.

Hello! I have tried to make ProBot send Twitch notifs to a specific channel, ive given it permission to send messages and embed links and everything under the sun but anytime I choose the channel it wontlet me save it on the site.

Alright, so I was helping dhivijesh by telling them about the situation with the music feature and pro bot.
If I had not responded to their message, they would likely still be waiting for a response that they possibility would end up not getting at all due to their message being pushed back by other messages.

Even though I helped the member, you told me off basically and began your complaints about me helping members too quickly when you should've been happy that you have one less question to answer and one less member to help.

Further more, it's critical to solve issues with logging, auto roles and security system as mellas moderation system as soon as possible to prevent any issues on the affected server.

Those five minutes you ask to wait could be enough time to spam a server and then nuke it by deleting absolutely everything, channels, roles, categories...everything.

So, you're basically asking everyone without support role to wait five minutes whilst the affected person may be watching their server being torn to shreds and because of your rules no one but support can help and support, as we established, is quite slow with responses and at times don't reply at all, although rarely, but it happens.
