We have little issue right now with "This server requires setup", its should be fixed asap.
For temporary fix you can try to change any channel name in your server, of course you have to keep your browser open with dashboard.
If it not help with first time, just do it again with another channel or create new one instead of editing name

The leveling system is enabled by default since you added the bot to the server, so maybe you just reached that level earlier. Just try the reset and see how it works

For channels you have to copy channel ID by right clicking on it and press "Copy ID". If you done have such a button, go to Discord settings and in advanced tab enable "developer mode". When you copy channel id, simply provide it into embed like that: <#id> example [#support-en](/guild/224308865427046402/channel/664941916722429986/)
