Probot is refusing to assign level roles half the time then randomly gives some people the roles.

I.e I made my test account level 2 but it did not assign the role I permitted to be given when it reaches level 1

if it's a Text only role then the user 'll have to send a message so the bot updates their roles, as for voice only roles they've to earn voice-exp so the bot updates their role (being connected to a voice for a few minutes) as for Voice & Text roles the user will have to reach the required level for both text and voice then the bot'll update their roles

In fact, when I give a role access to bot commands, it can use all of them, but I cannot decide which commands it can or cannot use.
when I disable access to bot commands to a role, it can't use any commands, and I can't give it access to a command manually from the probot site.

So either they have full access or they have nothing. And as I made a level system, at each new role, the user is supposed to unlock some commands except that as I said, I can't give them a partial access to the commands.
