but still when people try and use the /play command people can't use it

and when pressing / and pressing on the probot icon it says that they dont have permissions to use probot commands

Hey, your users does not have permissions to use application commands. Go to server settings and give this perms to member role, also check if users were able to use that commands in integration settings
