get on dashboard -> edit the commands you want to use -> add aliases
since aliases dont require you to use slash commands the bot should still reply

This also happens with many other big bots that usually have resharding every 3 months or so to balance out the bot's working shards

So if you can understand this, you may also know with other bots aswell to avoid making hard to them

I think i've fixed it.

Originally this switch was green (for on, to match exact words) which has worked wonders for us so far.

Now that i've flipped that switch off it's not searching for the banned words within normal words. So my guess that if it's affecting others as well i think if there was an update to the dashboard the switch might be coded the wrong way round this time.

Cus it was flagging 'Stopping" which isn't a banned words, whereas one of my banned word is "pp" so it kept getting flagged even though our settings are "exact word only"rather than find it regular words.

Hi, does someone know how can I disable automod-links to new channels created, for example when someone create a ticket for support they can't write any links but I want to add an exception, but the problem is that those channels are temporary and will be new ones every time.

there is no way to prevent the bot from deleting messages from channels in a category so i dont think that there is a way to do that

but you can edit the bot perms to do that

well the thing is Anaz came into the server i worked in yesterday, tested some things out and said the bot was having trouble sending it. So for now its been disabled for now, otherwise not even the text would go through.

then now just enable the image, make sure the image is as png, jpg or jpeg file type, set it to send to another channel other than where the text is being sent to, save change then disable the image if you don't want to use it
