For text, every 2 minutes(?) while sending messages will give you an amount of xp from 10 to 40 each time. Which mean after sending a message and gain xp, you will have a cooldown of about 2 minutes, regardless of how many message you sent, it will only count xp after that cooldown and continue

For voice, about every 2 minutes with the xp amount of 10. This is a fixed amount but may be changed while working since I just calculated this pretty long ago. You can just sitting in a voice channel, regardless your voice states, xp will still count after cooldown. But to get reward roles bound to the voice levels, you will need to gain some text xp to trigger bot to update level roles

Question, I tried asking this earlier but didn't really get a response, so I'll try again. Certain actions (by certain people) aren't logged for some reason. When an admin deletes a message it doesn't gets logged/sent in our designated log channel, but when a low rank/role member deletes something, it does. How do I make sure literally every edit or deletion gets logged/sent? Is it just a matter of who's the highest role, or is there an option to display/log literally every action? Because that's kinda what I'm looking for.

We rarely use / commands so that's why I'm unsure why certain actions don't get logged. I always use Shift+ Red delete bin on a message, but even when I delete a message through the hamburger drop menu, it doesn't gets logged. Kicking and reinviting the bot didn't work, so I'm at a loss here.

It's weird because edits to a message or role updates all work fine, just not the deletion actions. If you are having issue with not able to access the site, or having any image related feature not working (they show up as files instead of images) then they are known issues and are on a fix. If you would ask for the estimate time when will they be fixed, there is no information provided so we can not tell.
