tl;dr: I've recently put in charge of a discord server. They used to have the roles in place for a leveling system, but they used a different bot at the start where they couldn't do level roles. Before I became owner I suggested probot, they used it but they didn't have the time to redo the level system. I have recently redone the system with probot, but people have already leveled up quite a bit with it, so my question is, is it possible to reset everyone's xp so they all have 0 levels again?

hey there, probot hasn't been giving level awards. I've triple checked everything, made sure that probot is above the reward roles, made sure that the permissions are correct, and members aren't getting the level award roles which unlocks channels in the server. May i have some help please?

for auto reaction role ,
go to https://probot.io/dashboard, select your server, go to embed messages module to create and send embed messages for the reaction roles to where you want. Then go to reaction role module to setup the feature on the sent embed messages.

Notice: Be sure the Probot✨ role is higher than other roles. Embed message should not have any blank element (better to remove them if not using).
