thanks for your reply, i'll add it in there. the thing with creating my own playlist is that if someone else pops in and adds a track to the queue, it will be queued up AFTER my entire playlist has played. what i'm thinking instead is that ProBot taps into the default playlist only if nothing else is queued up

This role stripping seems to have happened because two roles granted access to the same channels. Is there a way around this or a way to remedy it??

In that screenshot the "member" role and the "rules" role have the same perms, but rules is a reaction role, it only did this to people with both roles, but okay, this was messed up either way, I need to sleep, all I ask is that y'all be notified so when/if it happens again it has a possible fix, and that has been accomplished, thank you for your help

Quick note: the person showing in those audit logs that "did it" (yet I know she did not) was also affected, as was I, my mod status kept me able to see things and do things

Three times she was hit, and like I said she does not have access nor know how to do that, plus I am on the phone with her she woulda give me an audible clue if she was being malicious or something

She and I are only two in VC, and with only 3 bots on the server and in the audit logs for pro bot it saying it was probot it leaned me few conclusions

I tried to edit the message and edit it in the embed panel on the site, but it wrote some Discord error.
I had to paste the message as a new one, otherwise new members could not assign the role.

you'll have to setup the reaction roles once again. However double check your staff and remove their permission from managing messages in this channel so that they don't delete it again

Hi! I’m having an issue adding reaction roles to my server. I created the embed, sent it as a message to the channel, and then went to reaction roles in the dashboard and chose the embed. It lets me add the emoji reactions, but when I try to add the roles to each emoji, I type to search the role name and nothing happens. One of my servers refuses to update the default notification settings when I switch it to "only @mentions" - does anyone have an idea what could be causing the conflict? I update the setting in server settings, but all of the channels still say it is "all messages." Works on other servers that I own, all but this one. It's the only server I used Probot in...I removed all the bots I had in the channel and still no luck. Any guidance on what to check would be immensely helpful - thanks!

Having issues with reaction roles. I set up my embed to say react to this for your role, then under reaction roles I set up the reaction role with the specific emoji listed and have it set to toggle so that users can turn it on and off since it's a role to be pinged for stuff. I have auto role on with the ping role listed and probot is above the role and has all server privileges but I can't seem to get it to work.

Why probot didn’t send message with new roles

restrict its permission to only see and/or send messages to a certain channels
this may break some features that need the bot to see all channels like logging or leveling so you can do alternative way is to restrict commands' availability to those channels from the command settings on the site
