Almost everything works fine on my server, but when I'm trying commands /stop,/skip,/pause, it doesn't work and I got notification that Application is not responding. (Application dont react)

I have found how to set this up on many other bots but I can not figure out how to add it using Probot Prime. Does this bot have this feature and if not is it possible to add a custom feature to add it as I have found many YouTube tutorials on how to make a bot with the feature?

I am trying to figure out the error, "The application did not respond" after using the /play command. Looking through the history on this server I see the recommendation to use # instead to form #play [title] but that doesn't result in anything but me sending a message to the channel. Probot is integrated and commands are synced with permissions set to all channels.
