Can I get help about leveling system?

I want to give a role if the reach certain level. But I want it so they can be earning it through voice OR chat. How do I do it? It says BOTH voice & chat, so I was thinking they need both level to be TRUE in order to earn the role.

create two different reward roles
let's say for example; one set to level 5 text, level 0 voice — another one set to level 0 text*, level 5 voice — while both are having the same rewarded role.

If i do both level 0, what it does? I want to add a newbie role and remove it if they got to level 1.

I'm not quite sure if they've done any changes to it so lemme try out

but however it is not going to work since this "newbie" role will be considered as "text & voice" while the next level roles are "text only" and "voice only"

they have to be the same so the "remove with higher reward" applies

How about if I give the newbie role automatically without using the leveling system, I think it doesn't remove it if they earn a role by leveling

last question, I did added another role reward earned by voice, the label changed into "Role Position". What does it mean

you do have now 2 role rewards with the same rewarded role right?
