😄 To do your "Colors List" you've to create numbered roles ascendengly, which means you've to create roles as the image below explains.
colors roles only works with exact numbers, they can't have mod permissions otherwise it won't work. dragging these roles above your moderators roles position is not recommended as they'll have the access through it to higher position roles.

So I tried the line break idea of just using "enter" before and while it shows on the embed editing page on the dashboard the actual line breaks don't translate to the final embed. So if I have an extra line between "title" and "description" on the dashboard edit page, when I actually send the message to displayed in channel the line breaks do not appear.

also check the bot's permission in the set channel to make sure it can send messages and attach files in that channel in case you did modified it's permission with its administrative permission disabled
