What the admins and such told us yesterday is pretty much.
The servers are too heavy due to the amount of actions done at the same time at all time.
Due to the heavyness of the bot running the bot on servers is insanely expensive and they are losing mad money.
And the reason the bot isn't up and running is due to being rate limited and simply not being able to fix anything at this time in a reasonable pace.

Buying the premium does not Garuntee a working probot so everyone who is buying it is getting a refund meaning they lose even more money as nobody pays for a unstable bot.

The main solution allot of people brought up would be to make the main key features free, and hide the extras behind a pay wall as paid bots would have a lil less users and the servers would have a easier time. Kinda like mee6
