thanks 😄 and btw i just realized, i was right from one thing. I KNEW that dance floor pad and the ocean bar had to do with Otto, never doubted it. The dance floor was sooo odd to be there with no NPCs using it and i had a feeling it has to do with something with us. I HONESTLY danced on it. That time i never knew about Otto until i saw the NPC Otto on wowhead showing he wearing party glasses, i had no doubt the dance pad had to do with Otto, and i was expecting Otto to be on the dance pad, turns out another way around 😛

Hey guys, not sure what im doing wrong here. i have collected all parts and have the "overflowing fish barrel".

if you don't click on Otto to pick up/complete the quest to receive him, he'll disappear after a little bit and you'll have to do the frigid floe fish, carp and kingfin again

Just to inform all of you that are still farming for Otto

#

When spawning Otto, you must interact with it quick, because he will despawn after a **short ** time. If you do not interact with it and despawns on you, you need to farm all the fishes again to summon him again.

btw once u get otto, barrell will stay in its spot whenever you wanna loot it again. You can spawn otto again but idk if it spawns with another of the same quest xD

The barrel is likely there if you delete your barrel you have.

that was 7 hours of fishing in a raid with 20+ people. literally just spammed my harpoon and looted for 7 hours straight minus the last 2 hours where i was managing the raid invites and kicking trolls. From all the people i encountered also in the raid the drop rates for the copper is anywhere from 1 in 5 minutes to as high as 1 in 30 minutes
