I think you just need to read a lot of poetry first, to understand the formula of rhyme and the structure, and then, if you have that talent, you start to generate something by yourself.

I actualy don't think that is a skill that a human being can learn throughout guides or something. I think this achievable only if you have a large basis of read poetry or/and big talent. I mean ofc if you want to produce something realy good, not average.

Main point — that's not partuculary a learnable skill, rather a soul-based talent

Back in the day, i have actualy tried to write some alliterative verse poetry. That was pretty hard actualy, especially with germanic_language=false (this style very typical for germanic languages) trait of my language and very little basis of read poetry in this style
