Ich habe bisher zwar nicht so viele Deutsche filme gesehen. Die meisten waren von Til Schweiger früh in meinem Lernen. Dennoch meine Lieblingsfilme aus Deutschland sind wahrscheinlich Der Untergang und Das Leben der Anderen. Einige neue Filme habe ich auch kürzlich geschaut, und beide war ganz gut. Sie waren Victoria (2015) und "A Coffee in Berlin" (2012). (Der Originaltitel ist "Oh Boy" aber diese Name gefällt mir nicht sehr...)

yeah its going pretty well if you actually commit and find german enjoyable to learn, i have a notebook where i write every word and sentence i come across, and id say just in like 3 months i managed to learn 500 words id say? theres much similarity with English so already knowing 100 words from the beginning is normal for an English speaker and the grammar structure is very similar

also i see people speaking in this server and often put on translate and put those words in notebook too

and this server has actual lessons going on always which is quite helpful
