Pick the lowest level you think you're at, and assign that one. Because that's how CEFR does it. If you can't pass C2 speaking (or any other part, for that matter, speaking was just an example), but get 100% in every other part of the test, you're not a C2. ;)

It's also hard for me not to compare myself to others, especially when I feel they are better. But I read somewhere a while back, that you SHOULDN'T (said should) compare your start to someones middle, or your middle to someones end, or anything else. The only benchmark is yourself. Are you better than you were 6 months ago? That's the right comparison to make.
