If you don't want to bash your head on the stone losing gold even if you get like 4/5/3 or something you can just buy accessories with KBW/CD and lose levels on Adrenaline. Main point is to get Adrenaline Lv1 at least. The better the stone the higher Adrenaline you can get.

Is it possible to eventually swap class engravings? Like, ik I can essentially swap accessories over and now be playing Reflux as opposed to Igniter. the same as any mmo, you get strong, beat the crap out of the baddies, get stronger gear, wait for the next stronger baddies and gear, repeat.
To get there you farm materials daily (or with the rest system), buy/sell as you see fit, hone your armors/weapon and get the required ilvl. Then alternatively you can do horizontal content to get some things that will help you with being stronger or having an easier life
