errant sailQ: Why do you need Server Subscriptions?
A: This community has always been a volunteer community. Whether you are a staff member or a regular member. All participation has always been voluntary. But with Server Subscriptions it allows us the ability keep providing for the community in a multitude of ways.
Q: So how do Server Subscriptions work?
A: It's really simple actually. It's a lot like a Twitch subscription. You subscribe under a tier and gain access to benefits of the community. Depending on the tier, you gain additional access and more features.
Q: Do I have to get a Server Subscription to keep using the community?
A: Absolutely not! We aren't taking anything away from anyone to give any false pretense that a Server Subscription is required. They are not and never will be required.
Q: If I leave the discord community and come back, do I get to keep my Server Subscription?
A: Upon leaving the community, your Server Subscription is automatically canceled. However, you will retain all benefits up until your membership would normally renew in which is will end.
Q: I’ve subscribed but I don’t want to continue my Server Subscription. How can I cancel?
A: It’s very easy, you can open up your account settings in Discord and click on Subscriptions to the left and cancel at any time. Your subscription will continue until your next renewal date. At that time all Server Subscription benefits will go away and you won't be charged again.
Q: I subscribed but I need a refund. I need more money for Tier 3 mats. What do I need to do?
A: Head on over to Discords website and submit a support ticket.
