Aura of resonance is what you use to get drop from Chaos dungeon, so yes those bottles (when they were purple) are used to refill it, once it expires it turns into that empty bottles. but that's after lvl50 stuff it just sad to see it turns into empty bottles thats all. dont worry about it for now but if you see more of it just dont claim them yet untill you can do chaos dungeon

Getting the pass supposed to be region-wide, obtainable once in any server withing region(thats likely changed by AGS already who knows). but the usage of the pass is server bound you can only use it on the server you get it from. AGS used the claimed that PP can be used on any servers within region somehow they changed that

Ya, basically bard and paladin can both do the same things though, in just a slightly different manner. Although paladin has slight edge since it is naturally tankier, does a bit more damage, and it's buffs are much more consistent to put off due to almost all of them being wide range.

The only scenario where the difference really comes into play is like igrexion slow aura, where it's applied to quickly for one debuff block to let the slow debuff time out. Where as the cleanse from GL or Paladin just clean up the whole stack.
