Yes, but not all of it. It takes around 4-5 hours per run. I would only resort to doing them if you’re like one or two solas cards away. Overall, you’ll get it over time. The lostwind set isn’t crazy, but it’s a nice buff. Nothing to burn yourself out on.

If you haven't done normal mode yet, then yes you theoretically can. Do hard mode punika abyss dungeons, make two armor pieces and weapon. Hard enhance them till you hit 1385. Definitely possible.

Yes. That is the 1 dungeon I use group finder for instead of matchmaking because you can't carry people failing mech. However you can safe guard it if you use Cheat Death/Avoid Death engraving because you don't die from wipe mechanic and you can just use a pot and solo clear it without the scrubs that can't take yellow orbs.

Never tried that gamble, but I'd assume you might get your p2 reward in the mail as unclaimed rewards? From everything I've seen, if the party decides to claim the reward its claimed for everyone. But again, haven't don't have a concrete answer.
