server choice only affects stuff in game/map such as world boss, ghost ship, guild, etc. you may have issues finding parties for such things outside of peak times but all other content you can technically party find cross server within region

U can do all abyss dungeons once up to ur ilvl. If ur overgeared (it will tell u), some rewards will be locked indicated by a red exclamation mark. U can do this on 6 characters.

U cannot do the same specific abyss dungeon more than once per week.

U get a lot from completing reputation things, islands, events, and maybe other things but these are a one time thing.

U can do sailing coop events which will get u keys. U can use these keys at the gates on the map at certain times and get tokens based on the number of keys u have.

Imo engravings > secondary stats > main stats. Engravings give you pretty sizeable multiplicative bonuses that overall trump anything that stats are likely to do if you can complete a set. Secondary stats come next because the differences in primary stats just aren't that large, but only if it's a difference between a bad secondary stat and a good secondary stat. After that come the primary stats, simply because the differences in primary stats just aren't all that large.

look at the dungeon and it tells you what loot you're eligible to receive. in general you won't get gold or material rewards from lower ilvl dungeons, but you'll still get gear/accessories/stones and card drops.

That skip is just skipping some "summary" stuff it will make you go through, as well as some training room things. You'll miss out on some cosmetics and some battle/utility items but otherwise you don't lose anything by skipping it all. You can always do it on your second power pass character.

it depends on the NPC. Nia's stat lockout can be circumvented by turning in 15 legendary rapport items at once, for instance. you boost her straight from friendly to trusted.

it's easy to google rapport guides, and you can press Alt+N and check individual rewards to see what each person gives.

every single writeup on rapport will mention the NPCs i just mentioned as well.

figure out which collectibles you want the most and prioritize those NPCs. there are also plenty of NPCs that give low-level gold rewards too, which is a great way to make quick gold if you need it.
