Pretty much, yes. So say you upgrade your initial set, the Blue rarity set, in T1 to +10 and you've done a few Abyssal Dungeons and can now make your Purple set. You can transfer all of that to the Purple set.

Level 60 is not something you aim for, it is something that happens over time and just by doing content while playing. Do not seek it out. It takes a long time.

Bard is a Support so it will be taken as a Support class, and those are always in demand. The leveling process is not reflective of what you will be doing at endgame, there are solo things present but you'll still be able to do those things just fine even on Bard.

Also every class is taken into content, nothing is excluded. Everything works.

These are two very different questions rolled into one question.

Raids (Abyss and Legion Raids) may be a tad complicated to communicate for without a voice chat for instance. Legion Raids mainly as they are the most mechanically elaborate thing in the game.

PvP that depends on you as well. Ranked PvP is Solo Q only (3v3 TDM) so you won't be coordinating in that much with a premade group but there will be an ingame voice chat. Activate at your own risk.

Founders pack rewards will be in a separate inventory. You have to claim it from this inventory but once u claim it, thats it. So decide which character you want to redeem it on and once you do, claim the pack on that character. Make sense?

Folders on a PC are just folders. As long as an installer doesn't specifically delete all folder content before installing it's own content (which they typically do not), then it should work fine. But as Pyros said, even if it does clear the folder, you can just go in, right at launch, and put the presets in the correct place.

Also, in MMOs typically when you get a name, it is connected to your account for something like 14-28 days. Like even if you delete the character, should be able to remake it without any issues to get the name again. Though, I do not have any guarantee that this is the case for Lost Ark, just a common concept for MMOs.

each guild level gives you 2 slots, 10 levels so 20 slots for a new total of 50 should take you two weeks

To further add to this, level 60 is not something you actively seek out. It happens accidentally, basically, as you are just doing things in the game over time.
