Its a status players who are below 1689 and haven't cleared the raid 10+ times get, if you have the status it'll only show up in the actual raid lobby as a leaf next to your name you do not see it outside of the lobby.

Vets are encouraged to carry leafs because they get rewards leafs get slightly less but they will get free raid carries basically.

• should I create my new char on some new server and then move my other chars there (if possible)? or should I stick with Ortuus?

u can do all the solo raids, you'll get their usual loot and solo tokens, but no gold if you've ran out of gold rewards to be gotten that week, or if you toggle it off for that specific raid
