The servers have recently merged. This has moved around some items, but they are not lost.
Step 1. Reclaim your characters from the Universal Storage on the character select screen.
Step 2. Login and claim your cards on the Universal Storage tab on the card menu using ALT+C.
Step 3. Reclaim your roster storage by using ESC and opening Universal Storage.
Step 4. Re-equip your cards as they were reset and must be re-equipped.

Highest stays, everything is put into temporal storages and slots you paid for can be unlocked for free asap, nothing is lost, if you had chars in both servers they are stored and you have to move whichever you wanna play onto the slots, you can't create a new char while having extra chars in the temp storage

But all of this won't concern you much, we should be moving as separate servers onto NAE, we won't merge with anyone and our 2 servers won't merge into one

👋 I've been thinking about returning (haven't played since launch) and had a quick question. My biggest issue the last time I played is that I basially ran out of fun content to do on my characters very quickly. The gameplay is really satisfying but it felt like you were super limited in how much combat you could do on any given day

Is that still how stuff is or will I have plenty to do until I make it to the endgame in 3 years as a F2P

difficult to give universal advice, everyone is different. personally i'm always flush with shards for some reason, so i never need to crack ones i have saved up, but they're also the hardest thing to catch up on if you find you're out of them

coz if you convert it it goes down 2lvs, and in this case a lv10 to 8 loses 4% dmg total

which is a decent amount
