Hello, I just came back to the game like a few days ago, Im a newbie, when the game started I reached like 240Ilvl, and even now that I came back I started a new character with my gf. I claimed my 90 min rewards like 3x and now it says "I must have trusted status" and cant claim it anymore. yup this helped me when my accounts had Trusted Status problems when i returned to lost ark, @dawn quartz disable and reenable it (steam mobile authenticator) . Well to me the problem was logging doesn't give any special blue mats like excavating or hunting per his example.

The logging new T4 mat + old T3 mats can all be converted to powder

but dont worry itll happen fast as you progress through the regions and youll never worry about it ever again on any future characters
