Step 1. Reclaim your characters from the Universal Storage on the character select screen.
Step 2. Login and claim your cards on the Universal Storage tab on the card menu using ALT+C.
Step 3. Reclaim your roster storage by using ESC and opening Universal Storage.
Step 4. Re-equip your cards as they were reset and must be re-equipped.

You can just play one character, but youβll quickly run out of things to do later on. Things are on daily and weekly lockouts, so there wonβt be much to do outside of 15 minutes of dailies on one character.

Leveling from scratch is very painful and slow to do. The game is very poorly optimized for it as you wonβt have any (basically none) gold income, but yet youβll need to to get better gear to do the story.
Itβll prolly take a couple months to get to newer content if you level from scratch.
If you start now, maybe youβll have most of the story done by time the new class and events come out in August.

Keep in mind, many collectibles such as adventure tome items are basically impossible to finish without buying them with gold.

But you can do quite a lot without gold. Just keep in mind you wonβt be able to do everything.
Anyways, you can always use the events on an alt so you can progress slowly on your main character. Then you can do some dailies and weeklies on your boosted alt for a bit of gold to help you along.
