basically you are working your way up these effect milestones. epic books will full out the epic tier bracket. once you fill that out it puts you in the next tier bracket where you will need to start reading the respective tier books to continue to rank up

You don't have the correct type of gold. To craft tradeable items (including Oreha), you need to pay the crafting cost with Unbound gold. The alternative way to craft Orehas with Bound gold is to unlock the farm at Stronghold level 10 and craft bound Orehas with the farm materials.

nah fam. the main reason people do hard mode is the gold. nor everyone is a cosmetic collector. but everyone is a gold collector. if normal had the same gold as hard and the only diff in hard was that is that it still had those cosmetics locked to hard. most people wouldnt bother with hard.
maybe if the drop rate was higher then it currently is they would do hard but atm the main incentive to do brel/aegir/mordum hard is the gold

There is a known bug tho. You have to disable the windows full screen optimization as it clashes with the full screen optimization from the AMD GPU driver.
