Uhh there are events shops. You get tokens for it from doing daily chaos dungeons and guardian raids but there is a minigame to get more tokens, Naruni Racing. Accessable from major cities like north vern

I like difficult/rewarding classes, if class balances happen somewhat often might make a reaper, if not should I start with one of the other two?

how much you need to spend depends on your goal and how fast you want to reach it

like it depends a lot on your account and stuff, like the iLevel of your character, the systems it has completed, the cards and other stuff. Like you can not rush transendence, elixirs or karma since you can only get them by doing content that is why it depends on your iLevel too

just hone the gear you got until you reach 1415? I think, then you do valtan and vykas and get relic gear t3.. then hone that gear to 1490 so you can start doing brel and transfer into ancient gear and hone that to 1540 and beyond.. Dont worry about doing the old abyss dungeons unless you really really want to, and then you might have to go on lfg discord or ask in area chats if somebody wants to run trough them with you.

Keep upgrading your gems if you want, and when you get to t4 you can transfer the t3 gems to t4 but they lose 2 levels. (like a level 7 in t3 would become level 5 in t4). And you cant transfer event gems or gems from the solo shop afaik.
