if you fail to get 3 lotuses enough times, you'll start to get bad luck protection which skews the rolls up
so eventually you'll get there
costs tickets to try again though, or gold and...soundstones? if you're out, but that can get pricey quickly
if you don't have a bunch of tickets, and it's your first time on a level, i'd definitely recommend just finishing it regardless to unlock the next level and get the bonuses

side quests will slow you down, but if you're adamant about doing them its not the end of the world. you need to get to vern and level 50 to continue the story beyond that

I got frustrated enough in PSO2 to the point I dropped the game back when the mechanic was total garbage (it's perfectly fine now) so I'll stay away from any Lost Ark class with positional gameplay

you go from image to image until one of them reacts to your presence, then you wait for them to reappear and either counter or stagger
then pick up the yellow orb it leaves behind when you do it correctly
