assuming you don't have access to unbound gold, your best bet is using the stronghold farm, and using bound gold you get from Unas

you can also craft them via trade skill tools when you acquire some recipes and you craft them in your stronghold.. via special (tradable gold) / or farm (bound gold) there is 2 types of gold in this game now so keep that in mind when shopping / honing..

you just need to get a proper build, and learn the fight / mechs

alternatively, you don't "need" the horns to upgrade, can just hone till you can do Brel in 15 more ilvl

and then eventually, once you hit 1540 ilvl, you can do Kayangel for mats to go to tier 3 instead of 2 w/ horns
