rate, usually rate, the guide just tells you what to put onto combat stats (like 10/30, 30/30, 25/30 and so on on whatever specific stat), you get crit rate from other sources as well, that number wont be your final crit rate. also very important, your pet can be switched for 160 of a combat stat, in this case if you're enhanced weapon you want it on spec for more dmg, for pistoleer i have no idea but probably the same

The servers have recently merged. This has moved around some items, but they are not lost.
Step 1. Reclaim your characters from the Universal Storage on the character select screen.
Step 2. Login and claim your cards on the Universal Storage tab on the card menu using ALT+C.
Step 3. Reclaim your roster storage by using ESC and opening Universal Storage.
Step 4. Re-equip your cards as they were reset and must be re-equipped.
You are all good to go!
