specifically for chaos dungeon; shards, accessories (can be mailed, no need to tho), cube tickets, stones (can also be mailed) and leapstones are char bound, red/blue stones, silver, engrave books, gems are roster wide
but yeah your playtime is very limited for the not so boring content daily and weekly, if you wanna do more of the same you gotta make more characters, but the event boosts are one per char only
so more time gated
if, however, you are a whale, you can boost more chars easily

who knows, some people like believe every few months, most powerpass come from new class releases

we did in the past, but very low ilv ones, not anymore tho they just dumped them
as for the current powerpasses, we get one every 3-4 months tied with progression events
this one is relatively recent so we dont have a single clue when the next one will arrive
you can start a character from scratch if you desire to go slowly, read story, "enjoy" the low lv places (which mostly suck) but you will hit many walls trying to reach where the powerpassed character is

Basically the old gearing system is overwritten with the Ark Passive passive tree system. No need to chase for minmaxing basic stats in accessories as they'll be providing points that can be allocated within your Ark Passive ENLIGHTENMENT tree, which is basically a class skill tree to put it in simple terms. Basic stats is in the EVOLUTION tree of the Ark passive, where you can gain points to allocate, just from leveling up your character level, and accessing higher stages of gear. Only armor provides the Ark passive evolution points

For the Road to Act 3 event that gives the honing buff --- It says that it's for an item level range of 1640-1659. Does it exactly follow that? Or is it based off honing level the T4 gear?
For example without any advancing honing, 1640-1660 is +11,12,13,14 on T4 gear. But with advancing honing fully done you can be 1660 while your gear is still only +10. Does the honing buff still apply when you attempt to hone +12-14 at this point?
