Step 1. Reclaim your characters from the Universal Storage on the character select screen.
Step 2. Login and claim your cards on the Universal Storage tab on the card menu using ALT+C.
Step 3. Reclaim your roster storage by using ESC and opening Universal Storage.
Step 4. Re-equip your cards as they were reset and must be re-equipped.

Elixirs. I would watch a guide or something if you dont understand them. YOu have a set bonus from head and gloves. You need those 2 set lines + a 40 sum across all elixirs to get the effect
