The group raids can be kind of dead, or difficult to find learning groups for but solo is a huge lifesaver

TLDR: Tour is a "boost" through many of the collectibles in the game. Many of these aren't for cosmetics, but rather direct power gain to your character(s). It'll come in the form of skill points, stats, etc. It's an event that doesn't expire that you can partake in once per roster since those collectbles are roster shared.
